Your generous donation will provide 1 year of medications for two of our over 1,000 patients.  The average patient your gift will support earns less than $23,000 per year, has three chronic disease states, receives nine different medications from Faith and was either rationing or not taking critical medications before enrolling at Faith.  The medications your gift will provide will mean fewer ER visits and hospitalizations, fewer missed work days and more days at home with their family.
